I’m Ewa Sudyk, Usui Reiki Master.

My journey to Reiki was like pieces falling into place. I have always had a strong interest in health and wellness as natural remedies, teas, and herbs are always the first resource I turn to. My learning over the years contributed clarity on how all physical illnesses stem from a dis-ease, or stress, in the body mentally.

I feel I’ve been guided to Reiki healing to heal myself and others.

When my father suddenly passed in 2016, all the things that always felt true to me became highlighted. Our society does not produce healthy people because it profits off of sick people. Our medical system does not actually cure root causes. My passion for holistic living became louder and my main focus in life.

Also in 2016, I started to feel a much stronger connection with the “other side.” This eventually led me to begin learning Reiki in 2021. The energy work I provide calls on your angels, spirit guides and ancestors to help facilitate healing on all levels.

My goal is to live a more balanced life and provide resources for others to move towards a balanced life, from the inside out, from thoughts to consumption, to actions.
